"The Hits" es un álbum recopilatorio de la banda estadounidense de rock REO Speedwagon, lanzado originalmente el 31 de mayo de 1988 por el sello Epic Records. Este álbum compila los mayores éxitos de la banda desde 1976 hasta 1988, incluyendo canciones emblemáticas como "Can't Fight This Feeling", "Keep on Loving You" y "Take It on the Run". Además, presenta dos temas inéditos: "Here with Me" y "I Don't Want to Lose You". El sencillo "Here with Me" alcanzó el puesto número 20 en el Billboard Hot 100 y el top 10 en la lista Adult Contemporary. Este álbum marcó la última participación del baterista Alan Gratzer y del guitarrista Gary Richrath, quienes dejaron la banda en el año siguiente a su lanzamiento.
